As Director of the Academic Advising and Resource Center (AARC) here at California State University, Bakersfield (CSUB), I would like to personally welcome you to our website and strongly encourage you to browse our AARC webpages to access the numerous services and resources we have to offer our undergraduate students here on campus. These services and resources include (but are certainly not limited to) end-of-term processing, academic notice, academic jeopardy, academic reinstatement, interdisciplinary studies, undeclared advising, retention success, degree completion planning services, one-on-one consultations, group workshops, and much more. You will find that, here at the AARC, our mission is simple, we aim to inspire and empower students to reach their academic goals by providing high quality academic support. To accomplish this mission, we collaborate with several stakeholders across the campus community including faculty, staff, and administrators.
