Remember, a work request is necessary even if charges will not be incurred.

Our Moves & Events department is staffed primarily by student workers, so please request the work in advance as schedules are subject to change.

A NOTE ABOUT DOCUMENT DESTRUCTION:

Paper materials picked up by our personnel will be held in a locked container until picked up by WestRock Recycling to begin the destruction process. Those materials will be destroyed by means of recycling (see Sample Certificate of Destruction). Facilities Management does not provide shredding services.
