Handful of pellets

Crushed with pliers like you asked

Didn't pinch my hand

Swirling koi, hungry

Waiting for me to feed them

Eager to surface

No bully fish fought

Nobody pushed, shoved, or hogged

Peaceful, tri-tone dance
