Quick Tour of MIS 200A
Detail information about the course is available on the class website (e.g., assignment and final exam information, due date…).
A class announcement (e.g., office hours change) will be announced by Blackboard email or through the “Announcement” lonk on the class website.
It is your responsibility to check both Blackboard email and “Announcement” regularly.
All assignments and the exam must be submitted through the "Blackboard Assignment and Exam Submission Link".
When you submit an assignment (or exam), you MUST CLOSE the Microsoft office application (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access) COMPLETELY before you submit ASSIGNMENT (OR EXAM) FILES.
Otherwise, you will receive ZERO POINTS because ONLY title of you file will be processed and accepted without including actual contents of your assignment (or exam).
Thus, you MUST make sure to CLOSE the Microsoft office application (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access) COMPLETELY before you submit ASSIGNMENT (OR EXAM) FILES.
And if an
assignment requires submit several
files, you
must submit all files together at once.
That is, you must "UPLOAD" all the assignment files together at once.
If you submit your assignment and exam by an email, it will not be accepted at all.
Late Submission Policy:
You can still submit a late assignment after the due date through the submission link. However, 25% penalty will be applied for each day late.
Thus, if your assignment is more than four days late, you will receive zero point.
You MUST have a Blackboard ID to access our course Blackboard.
The Blackboard ID is case sensitive and must be entered in lowercase letters.
Your Blackboard ID is same as your myCSUB Net ID.
If you don't know your Net ID, go to my.csub.edu and click the link to find your Net ID by using your CSUB ID number.
