Personally, I really enjoyed my summer internship at the Kern County Farm Bureau through the Grimm Family Center. From creating social media posts to communicating with the members, there was a wide variety of skills I learned that will be beneficial to my future career. One of the highlights was assisting the Executive Director in membership recruitment events, which provided invaluable hands-on experience. This opportunity not only enhanced my professional skills but also allowed me to build connections and expand my network.
