This form is not an approval to transfer unit credit to CSUB. You must consult with your academic advisor to discuss which course(s) transfer(s) to CSUB.
Your i20 has been issued by CSUB, therefore you must obtain permission from ISP to take courses outside of CSUB. If approved, ISP will email you the concurrent enrollment permission letter.
Please note that you need to turn in this request THREE weeks in advance of needing your letter. Requests are processed in the order they are received.
In order for your request to be approved, you must meet the guidelines below:
- You are a full-time enrolled CSUB student, in good standing (CSUB GPA 2.75+ & OVERALL GPA 2.75+, exception: summer)
- You have consulted with your academic advisor and it was determined that the requested class is required for your degree program.
- Complete at least 2 semesters at CSUB.
- You have a valid reason for not taking the class here at CSUB. Please list reason below: (REQUIRED)
