No person shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program of The California State University.
Sex/Sexual Harassment
The California State University does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the educational programs or activities it conducts. Sexual harassment is prohibited by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, as well as under CSU Executive Order 345.
