Make an Appointment (AARC)

RunnerConnect will allow you to locate your advisors and reserve an advising appointment that fits your schedule using the following simple steps:

Step 1

Log into RunnerConnect using your MyCSUB Net ID and password.

Step 2

Select Schedule an Appointment from the right-hand side menu.

Step 3

A new page pops up:

- Type of Appointment: Click on the type of appointment "Advising"

- Service: Select the service that best fits your appointment

- Pick a Date: Choose a Date for your Appointment

Click "Find Available Time"

Step 4

View the appointment availability and choose the best time available.

If your center has more than one advisor, you are able to choose from other advisor availabilities (please make sure that you are meeting with your correct advisor)

Step 5

Once you choose a time and the advisor, you can confirm your appointment.

Confirm your appointment information.

Additionally, you have the option to click on the two checkboxes “Send Me an Email” or “Send Me a Text” to receive an automated reminder via email or text, by entering your requested contact information.

Step 6

You have now booked your appointment on RunnerConnect!
