Student Assistant Positions

  • Must be a current student at CSUB Antelope Valley to apply to any student assistant positions.
  • Must have a 2.5 or higher GPA and be enrolled in a minimum of 8 units per semester.
  • All positions are part-time 20 hours a week.
Facilities Student Assistant - 1 position available
  • Up to 20 hours per week (Flexible Schedule)
  • Maintain classrooms & other campus areas (inside and outside)
  • Maintain & organization of furniture
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Writing Tutor – 1 position available

Tutor Requirements:

  1. Must have a minimum of 3.0 CSUB GPA
  2. Must submit a Resume with a current mailing address
  3. Must provide a writing sample showcasing subject strengths
  4. Must request a faculty recommendation to be emailed directly to Lea Antone at lantone@csub.edu once the application is submitted.
