Each fall Gamma Phi participates in the Panhellenic Fall Formal Recruitment! It helps us to pick great girls who will become members of our sorority! Recruitment is a week-long process where California State University, Bakersfield undergraduate females view the different chapters. Potential new members get to learn about each chapter's philanthropy, chapter activities and get to know current members!
Recruitment Dates: September 25th-28th, Fall 2014

Going through the recruitment process is a great way to meet new people and get connected on campus, helping to make the college transition much easier. The sisters of Gamma Phi Beta look forward to meeting you and hope to help make your time at CSUB the best it can be! We encourage you to consider becoming part of the Greek Community, where you can find fun social events, service opportunities, leadership experience, and best of all, friendships for a lifetime!
Requirements for Fall Recruitment:
- Must be enrolled at CSUB
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 for continuing college students, and 3.0 for seniors out of high school.
- $10 Recruitment Fee for fall, formal recruitment
