Participant Check-In:
Participants may check-in between 8:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. in
the Albertson Room next to the Doré Theatre. Academic
regalia may be stored here. Please park in the north end of
Parking Lot B.
Ceremonial Attire:
Academic regalia is required for the following participants:
CSUB faculty, faculty emeriti, CSUB administration, members
of the CSU Board of Trustees, delegates from educational institutions,
learned societies and professional organizations, and platform
speakers. Non-academic platform speakers will not be required
to wear academic regalia.
Participants will kindly furnish their own regalia.
Robing:
Robing will begin at 2:00 P.M. in the Albertson Room.
Faculty should arrive in front of the Doré Theatre at
2:30 P.M. in academic regalia.
Ushers and signage will direct all parties to the appropriate
area for gathering.
Academic Procession:
Line-up for the procession will begin at 2:30 P.M. in front
of the Doré Theatre. The procession will begin at 3:00
P.M. The order of delegates will follow the founding dates
of their institution. Marshals will lead their respective groups.
