Postal Outgoing Campus Mail must haves

  • Campus Name
  • Mailstop code/Department
  • Mail services delivers only to mail rooms
  • Use CSUB mailstop locations for assignments

Hours and Pick-up

Monday – Friday    8 AM-5 PM
  • Campus mail daily route Post Office pick-up 8:30 AM
  • Campus mail daily route Delivery 10:00 AM
  • Campus mail daily afternoon pick-up only for departments listed below 2:30 PM
Campus Afternoon Pick-up Locations
  • 20 - BDC first floor
  • 35 - Cashiers/Accounting
  • 37 - HR and Hallway
  • 24 - DDH mailroom
CSUB mailroom will make a daily mail drop off to Post Office at 3:30 PM

Property Management 

Property Management is a unit within Campus Support Services/Information Technology Services and Business and Administration Services division.

Property refers to all assets used in governmental operations. Property includes land, buildings, improvements, machinery, furniture, tools, etc., and intangibles. Individual departments and/or other operational units of California State University, Bakersfield having custodianship of equipment items should maintain stringent and accurate accounting controls.

Possession of equipment within a department makes the department accountable and liable should any item become lost or stolen. Proper documentation and internal audit trails are integral, and recommended, parts of good property management. All departments should place special emphasis on property matters and maintain up-to-date accounting records.
