James L. Rodríguez , Ph.D.
Dr. James L. Rodríguez is the new Interim Provost and Vice President for Academic
Affairs at CSU Bakersfield (CSUB). As an Interim Provost and Vice President for Academic
Affairs, Dr. Rodriguez oversees the entire academic division including seven administrative
units, four academic schools, the Antelope Valley campus and approximately seventy
percent of the university’s budget.
