
Laura Ann serves as the primary budget liaison for the Provost’s Office and the Academic Affairs division. She provides comprehensive financial and budgetary support, including tracking and reporting on operational and administrative budgets and expenses. A key resource for Deans, AVPs, and staff, she assists with policy interpretation, budget-related questions, and complex financial problem-solving.

Debbie oversees the Office of Faculty Affairs, which provides a wide range of human resources support for faculty. She provides guidance to faculty, department chairs, and administrators on recruitment, evaluation, roles and responsibilities, policies and regulations, and personnel matters. In addition, she serves as the administrator for the Faculty Teaching and Learning Center, Grimm Family Center for Agricultural Business, and Kegley Institute for Ethics.

Laura oversees academic personnel operations and labor relations, representing the university in faculty labor matters and ensuring fair, compliant, and effective personnel practices. She guides administrators on recruitment, evaluation, and policy implementation and collaborates across campus to support a positive and productive labor-management climate.

Dina oversees commencement, University Week, and signature Provost’s Office events, and provides coordination and support for Academic Affairs events across the division. Her work advances the university’s mission through thoughtful engagement and collaboration with students, employees, and the broader community.

Julie provides administrative support to the AVP for Faculty Affairs, Dr. Deborah Boschini. Her responsibilities include coordinating faculty hiring processes for tenure-track faculty, lecturers, and Unit 11 student employees. She also supports the Department Chairs Leadership Council, the Faculty Honors and Awards Committee, and other committees as assigned.

Patty provides administrative support to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Office of the Provost. Her responsibilities include monitoring and managing the Provost’s Office email, preparing documents for provostial review and approval, maintaining the Faculty Professional Development log, supporting the Blue & Gold Bulletin, and assisting with events and special projects.

Under the general direction of the AVP for Faculty Affairs, Dee Dee provides a wide range of Faculty Affairs services to faculty, staff, and administrators. Her work supports faculty hiring, compensation, recruitment, retention, reappointment, reassignment, leaves, retirement, and faculty honors and awards—helping ensure consistent and effective faculty processes across the university.

As Assistant to the Provost, Leslie serves as the primary point of contact for the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. She coordinates the provost’s schedule, communications, meetings, and events, and serves as a liaison between Cabinet offices, campus leadership, and external constituencies. She is a key resource for Academic Affairs.
