To qualify for Project Rebound, you must:

• Be formerly incarcerated 
• Be living or on parole in Kern County
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Be able to perform college level course work
• Be motivated to succeed and benefit from a college education
• Maintain satisfactory progress by completing at least 6 semester units each term
