Funding FAQs
All chartered clubs and organizations can receive up to a maximum of $3,000 per academic year for events and/or travel, if funds are available.
The President or Treasurer of a fully chartered club in good standing must submit the application through the ASI website. Funds are a first come, first served.
Funding applications must be submitted to ASI no less than two weeks prior if requesting less than $1,000 or four weeks prior if the request is greater than $1,000.
Funds can reimburse event costs (food, supplies, rental costs, university services) and travel costs (transportation, lodging, registration). Events must be free, open to all students, and held on campus to be eligible for ASI funding. Funds cannot be used for club merchandise, gifts, or awards. ASI can fund 100% of the total event/travel cost (as long as it follows the guidelines).
If you are unsure if an expense can be covered by ASI funding, contact the Vice President of Finance for more information!
