CSUB AV Public Policy and Administration
The Public Policy & Administration (PPA) program at California State University, Bakersfield Antelope Valley prepares students for meaningful careers in government, nonprofit leadership, and health care administration. The curriculum builds strong foundations in leadership, communication, policy analysis, and ethical decision-making, equipping students to serve their communities effectively and responsibly.
CSUB AV offers the flexibility to complete your PPA degree fully online within two years of transferring, while still benefiting from the personalized support of a local campus. Applications for Fall 2026 are open!

How to Apply
Ready to transfer? Apply to California State University, Bakersfield Antelope Valley to complete your bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Administration. Choose “Fall 2026” and select CSU Bakersfield – Public Policy and Administration as your major. Simply apply to the main CSUB program in Bakersfield, and once admitted, you will be transitioned into the online CSUB AV program.Am I Ready to Transfer?
