Kern County Oceania Culture and Arts Festival is a social gathering created to encourage community growth, promote educational resources, and advocate for the representation of the Pacific Islander community specific to Melanesia, Polynesia, and Micronesia while ensuring inclusivity for all. The festival is free to attend and it will include vendors, food trucks, cultural dance groups, music from local bands, appearances by DJ Aline, as well as live music from up and coming island reggae artist, Masi.
