Name of Report: College Going Rate Dashboard Purpose of Report: The College-Going Rate (CGR) dashboard includes state-, county-, district-, and school-level
CGR data disaggregated by race/ethnicity, student group, gender, and academic year for
all California High School Students. The College-Going Rate (CGR) is defined by the
California Department of Education (CDE) as the percentage of California public high
school students who completed high school in a given year and subsequently enrolled
in any public or private postsecondary institution (in-state or out-of-state) in the
United States within 12 or 16 months of completing high school. Population of Interest: All California High School completers. Publishing Date: 03/03/20234
