Every day passwords are guessed, hacked or stolen by email phishing attacks. When this happens the safety of our private data is put at risk. 2Step Verification for your CSUB account adds a second layer of security and keeps your account protected - even if your password is compromised.
CSUB is excited to join others in the CSU system, private industry, and financial institutions who have also secured their most sensitive data with 2Step verification.
By verifying your identity using a second factor, like a small hardware device or smartphone app, 2Step prevents anyone but you from accessing your account. If someone steals your credentials and tries to access your account, your username and password will not be sufficient to log in. The thief will also need to have access to your device to complete the login process. If someone else tries to log in to your account, you will be notified on your device and you can deny them access instantaneously.
As a member of the CSUB community, you are automatically provisioned a Zoom Professional license. All you have to do is login to Zoom using your NetID and password to activate your account. This can be done either through the Zoom web portal, the desktop client, or the mobile app. Visit csub.zoom.us to sign in and get started.

MyCSUB is our primary student information system. It is used by faculty for registration, grading, advising, and many more functions. Certain staff may also use MyCSUB for specific administrative functions.
The Common Financial System (CFS) is our primary financial system at CSUB. It is a transactional system that stores data from processes such as issuing a purchase order, adding a vendor or paying an invoice, using traditional database methods. You can use CFS to do things like look up purchase orders or reconcile your ProCard.
Finance Data Warehouse (FDW) is a central repository of CSUB's financial information used for reporting purposes. Every 24 hours, data is migrated from CFS to FDW and users can use the interactive web-based interface to pull reports on any business unit, fund, department or account for budgeting purposes.
If you need access to CFS and/or FDW, use the following link to submit a request form for approval. Make sure to check the correct boxes to indicate which areas you will require access to data.
