The CSUBUY Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation will require a new Delegation of Authority (DOA) structure that differs from the campus' current DOA structure. Business and Financial Services held a meeting on Thursday, November 16, 2023, to review the process of the new DOA structure and begin the process of working with individuals designated with DOA responsibilities as well as those who complete chartfield activities forms or handle other DOA processes, such as budget analysts, ASCs, etc. to provide input on the process and complete and submit updated forms, if required.
