NSME Student Advising and Success Center (SASC)

Welcome to the Student Advising and Success Center (SASC) for the College of Natural Sciences, Mathematics, and Engineering (NSME) at CSUB. Our mission is to empower students to take charge of their educational careers through a collaborative relationship with the student, faculty, and staff. Our academic advisors prepare students to monitor their progress toward graduation, and provide students with tools to complete their degree in a timely manner.

We proudly support students in the following 12 NSME majors: Biology, Biochemisty, Chemistry, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Geology, Human Biological Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, and Public Health.

Pre-Health Majors

Current Pre-Health students at CSUB should meet with the Pre-Licensure Nursing or Pre-Health Academic Advisor at least once each semester for advising and pre-application planning.

Whether you're planning your next semester, reviewing your academic progress, or preparing for graduation, your academic advisor is here to assist with course planning, understanding policies, and connecting you to campus resources.
