CSULearn
CSU Learn isn't just a place to complete required online courses here at CSUB. You can access thousands of professional development online courses, books, and videos anytime and anywhere. Click on the stack of books in the side library toolbar of the CSU Learn Dashboard or use the search function (magnifying glass) to find courses, e-books,videos and other resources by topic.

You will need to download the SumTotal Mobile app
1. On your phone Download the SumTotal Mobile App from the mobile store
2. Open the SumTotal Mobile App and when prompted enter the mobile site https://csu.sumtotal.host/core
3. From a list of CSU locations, select Bakersfield and sign on with your 2-Step DuoAccess account
NOTE: Not all activities are ready for mobile use. Do not use SumTotal Mobile App to take compliance training.
Career Journeys
Skillsoft Career Journeys are the newest learning offering within the CSU Learn platform that helps departments build the depth of capabilities they need with instructional variety. They are a series of topic-specific skilling programs that enable employees to develop and master mission-critical competencies--at scale--year after year through a mix of live, on-demand, and guided hands-on experiences.
