The intent of the RunnerCard Committee is to provide policy guidance and financial
oversight of the RunnerCard Program. The Committee shall meet a minimum of once a
quarter, not including Summer Quarter.
Purpose
The Committee will provide guidance to Information Technology Services (ITS), the
Division currently providing operational support and maintenance for the RunnerCard
system and services.
Objectives
The objectives of the RunnerCard Committee are to:
Review all proposed changes to the use of the RunnerCard.
Review the RunnerCard budget each quarter and approve the annual operating budget
presented at the Spring quarter meeting.
Review RunnerCard fees and make recommendations.
Review other policies and procedures related to the RunnerCard as they arise.
Membership
The membership of the RunnerCard Committee shall consist of the following, or their

Meetings
Meetings will be quarterly or as needed to move forward the goals of the Committee.
