The University offers the Procurement Credit Card (ProCard) as a payment option for the purchase of commodities up to the standard limit. The ProCard is available to campus members upon recommendation of their Approving Administrators. The ProCard should be used as the first payment option to achieve cost savings and improve processing time.

Gift Card Process
Please be advised gift cards can only be purchased via ProCard. The video below outlines the documents required before purchasing a gift card and the documents needed at ProCard reconciliation.
Gift cards that will be handed out over the course of a period of time (span of months, semester, fiscal year) need to have a note on the statement description or the receipt indicating when the ProCard Technician should expect to receive the Gift Acknowledgement Form and confirmation the gift cards are in a secured locked drawer.
