Student Union Facilities & Reservations

Reservations for facilities in and around the Student Union can be made online through 25Live, CSUB's online reservation system. You can access 25Live through the following link: https://25live.collegenet.com/csub/ Once the Student Union receives your reservation request through 25Live, your room/space request will be verified and confirmed upon completion of the campus approval process.

The experienced and helpful staff can assist you with the coordination and setup of meetings, conferences, dances, receptions, film screenings, banquets and various special events. Rental charges vary depending upon the facility utilization and whether the sponsoring organization is a student group, campus department or program, or off-campus guest.

All rates are for normal Student Union operating hours. Events held after hours may be charged additional hourly utilities fees.
