Call for Proposals

The purpose of this call is to select the Frank Bidart Visiting Artistic Fellow for 2026.  The Bidart Fellow will undertake a residency of one month during the 2026 Spring Semester within the Institute for Basque Studies at California State University, Bakersfield.  The Bidart Fellow will implement an artistic project incorporating Basque Culture, Art, and Innovation.
