Recommended Vaccinations
California State University (CSU) strongly encourages students to obtain the following immunizations. Please note that these are not required, but are highly recommended.

Hepatitis B (Hep B) | Students age 19 and older; 2 or 3 dose series, or positive titer |
Human Papillomavirus (HPV) | Students age 26 and younger |

Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) | All students; 2 doses on or after 1st birthday, or positive titer |
Meningococcal Conjugate (ACWY) | Students age 16 - 21; 1 dose on or after 16th birthday |
Meningococcal B (Meningitis B) | Students age 16 - 23; 2 or 3 dose series |
Pneumococcal |
Students age 19 - 64 with certain medical conditions |
Poliovirus (Polio) | Students who did not have the series completed as a child |
Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis (Tdap) | Students age 11 - 64; 1 dose on or after 7th birthday; booster doses administered once every 10 years |
Varicella (Chickenpox) | All students; 2 doses on or after 1st birthday, or positive titer |
