ITS Support Hours and Contact Information
- Service Center Walk-Up support is by appointment only now. Hours are 8:00 am – 5:30 pm. Appointments can only be made by calling 654-HELP (4357). If a technician determines in-person support is required an appointment will be made.
- Service Center Phone Support is available by calling 654-HELP (4375). Hours are 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday Through Friday.
- The Lab A computer lab is OPEN. Students can go to vcl.csub.edu and log into the virtual computer lab using their CSUB user name and password.

- Laptops and hotspots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis by calling the Service Center at 654-HELP (4357) between 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
External WiFi Access
In an effort to maintain social distancing requirements, CSUB students are able to use Eduroam to access WIFI from the safety of their vehicles. Locations, where students can use Eduroam in their vehicle, are indicated in the campus map with blue rectangles.

Virtual Private Network (VPN)
