CSUB will use Instagram as a simple, fun and creative way to share high-quality photos, videos and messages with its followers. Instagram will provide an opportunity for CSUB to highlight events, student life and campus experiences. As a visual platform, the focus will be on photos/videos and encouraging engagement with the post.
Objectives
- Communicate in a fun and engaging way
- Reserve Instagram feed for highly aesthetic photos/videos that represent CSUB `Runner pride (no flyers, graphics or collages)
- Insta stories will be an opportunity to share events and programs to students
- Allocate time to monitor and respond to feedback

Tactics/Posting Schedule

- Videos will include thoughtful thumbnail image; longer-form videos will be housed on IGTV
